Every structure at Gau Vasundhara is built using natural materials, vernacular architecture, and principles of biological and emotional comfort for both cows and visiting families.

Open Grazing Pastures

Spanning undulating acres seeded with organic Napier, Lucerne, and clover. Cattle graze freely during morning and late afternoon hours under native shade trees.

Elder Cow Hospice Haven

A calm, specialized rest pavilion with cushioned bedding, warm mustard oil massage stations, steamed porridge cooking vats, and resident veterinary staff.

Vedic Bilona Churning Dairy

A climate-regulated earthen dairy facility where cultured curd is churned in wooden vessels and boiled over firewood embers under strict sanitary conditions.

Guest Eco-Cottages

Handcrafted mud-and-stone vernacular retreats with private sit-outs overlooking the grazing meadows, equipped with modern plumbing and organic cotton bedding.

Satvik Dining Pavilion

Open-air shaded pavilion serving pure vegetarian satvik meals cooked with fresh farm harvest and our own Vedic A2 Bilona Ghee.
