Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Physical Goods (A2 Dairy & Sanctuary Store)

Due to the perishable and sacred nature of food items (such as Vedic A2 Bilona Ghee), returns of opened jars are not accepted. However, if your package arrives with glass breakage, leakage, or defective seal during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at care@cowtownsanctuary.com. We will dispatch an immediate replacement at zero charge or issue a full refund.

2. Tourism & Experience Bookings

Sanctuary visit slots and cottage stay reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time for a 100% full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the slot are eligible for rescheduling to any future date within 6 months.

3. Cow Guardianships & Patron Memberships

Cow guardianship and patronage contributions are directly allocated towards ongoing veterinary supplies, green fodder procurement, and shelter infrastructure for protected cows. If you ever face personal hardship, you may cancel future renewal periods anytime from your customer account portal.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source (UPI / Netbanking / Debit Card) within 5 to 7 working days in accordance with standard RBI and Razorpay banking cycles.
